IMPULSE FISHING INC. WARRANTY INFORMATION
Impulse rods offers a one year limited warranty. If you have a repair need, or a rod breaks. We will promptly repair or replace (at our discretion) your rod.
This warranty guarantees that the rod is free of defects in workmanship and materials. THIS LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY ONLY COVERS DAMAGE TO THE ROD RESULTING FROM A NON-CONFORMITY IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE OR TAMPERING WITH THE ROD BY OTHER THAN NORMAL USE OF THE ROD; OR ANY NON-CONFORMITY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM REPAIRS PERFORMED OTHER THAN BY IMPULSE FISHING INC. IS NOT COVERED.
This Policy applies to the original owner only and may not be transferred to another person.
This warranty period begins from your date of purchase, provided you complete a warranty registration form within 30 days. You may complete your warranty registration on our web site.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
If Impulse Fishing determines that your product falls within our warranty and we decide to replace the damaged rod, but no longer offer that particular model, we will replace it with a comparable product that we determine is closest to your original model and of equal value from our existing product line.
