    7'6" Heavy Energy

Posted by Jimmy Low on May 28th 2021

I have only used this rod for punching so far. I must say, it's awesome! It feels like a custom rod! It's light weight and very sensitive. It's stout enough to throw lighter swimbaits on as well. It's going to see a tone of use this summer throwing jigs and flipping the thick stuff. I was unsure about the green, but I'll admit it is a great looking rod! I also love the fact that its made right here in the US. Thank you Impulse Rods for a great product.

These Rods have outstanding sensitivity and back bone to give the fish in the boat. Also the craftsmanship is no doubt untouchable. Thanks Impulse Fishing Rods for building an American made rod here in Texas!

This rod is light weight as far as Heavy Casting Rods go, but wow it's strong. I use frogs and Whopper Plopper lures in heavy cover with full confidence!! Awesome Rod!

    Great all around rod

Great all around heavy action rod . It can handle everything from a 130 Whopper Plopper to a hollow body frog. I even throw my A Rigs on one.
